Glass Tank with lid Grow Light DIY set for Moss and Flytrap, Sundew
What is included:
1) Glass tank, 4MM thickness, reinforced
2) The acrylic lid with vents
3) A soft self-stick mesh
4) The magnetic LED grow light 7W
5) dry moss, dried Leucobryum moss and Hypnum moss (you need to sink them in water for 5-10 minutes before usage)
6) small lava rocks (5-8cm), red / black as you choose, please leave us if you have any preference.
This set is suitable for shorter carnivorous plants, like Venus flytrap, sundews, butterworts, Drosera.
There are vent holes at top and with the adhesive mesh, you can put in flies and feed your plants.
The LED grow light is white, supplement light to Venus flytrap and moss. The plants in the photos are flytrap, Drosera and rabbit foot fern, creeping figs. The photos are taken in a month after they are planted).
The planting material are easy: small lava rocks layers of 2-3cm high, and dry moss (either the dry moss for orchids or sphagnum moss will be ok). In this terrarium, pave the lava rocks so high because I create a well in the middle. Please check my tutorial video
What you need to prepare: carnivorous plants.
For your reference, the tank size on the photo is 15x15x20cm / 5.9x5.9x7.8inches.
