This is cultivated Leucobryum moss, pin cushion moss. They are dry but live.
This is dry live natural Leucobryum moss, multiple pieces, in total, takes 20x30cm. For your reference, this is enough for you to do any of the terrarium projects in my shop.
When you receive them, they are dry, please sink in water for 1-2 minutes and they will be soft again. You can use them directly or store them in containers till they spread.
Photos show how Leucobryum moss is used in terrariums. They are applied together with natural red clay. It is available in my shop too.
Leucobryum moss is one of the most popular terrarium mosses. They are suitable for close terrariums. They need little maintenance. They keep what they look like for a long time (years, as long as you can keep them alive., no dark, no yellow. They do not enlarge or shrink. I use them in almost all my terrarium projects.
They are one of the best home decor moss.
When you get the moss, put a layer of porous rocks in a transparent container without a drainage hole (the stones in my photos are small red lava 5-8mm) > spray water; please do not let the moss sink in the water. Please check my video and second photo. > In less than a week, the moss will regreen, and you can use them to build terrariums like me.
